D365 Systems Engineer, Fully Remote UK  

Pearson Carter are working with a leading organisation that’s expanding it’s in-house Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE capability. They’re looking for a skilled D365 CE Systems Engineer to design, build and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions that support critical business functions and continuous improvement.  

You’ll work remotely within a collaborative, agile environment – helping to integrate technologies, optimise data systems, and deliver tangible value to the business.  

Responsibilities  

• Design and develop custom solutions within Dynamics 365 including workflows, entities, forms and plugins.  

• Develop and maintain C# plugins and custom components to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.  

• Integrate third-party software using APIs and custom connectors.  

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define technical specifications. 

• Produce management information (MI) and SQL-based reporting to support insights and decisions.  

Experience: 

• Proficient in C#/.NET development, including writing plugins and custom workflows.  

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) configuration and customisation.  

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.  

• Familiar with Power Platform and Azure services.  

Salary and benefits: 

• Salary up to £46,000. 

• Remote working (UK Based)

Location:  

This is a fully remote opportunity, with travel to Bristol 3-4 times a year.
