The successful candidate will help Housing Solutions support applicants complete a HomeLink Housing application. They will be supporting people to complete Housing Applications – either in person or over the phone and will be verifying the eligibility of applicants joining the housing register. They will be ensuring applicants are placed within appropriate priority bands according to the allocations policy and will be providing quality customer advice on a wide range of housing options whilst maintaining effective liaison and relationship building with internal and external representatives.
