Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer – Facilities (Foot Mobile)

Location: Various sites – Zones 1 & 2
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Travel: Paid via company travel card

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive multi-skilled engineer to join our facilities team. This is a foot-mobile role covering multiple sites across Zones 1 and 2, providing electrical and/or mechanical maintenance support. You will be responsible for ensuring all building systems are maintained to a high standard, resolving faults efficiently, and supporting the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems

• Respond promptly to site service requests across multiple zones

• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at all times

• Record and report work accurately in line with company procedures

• Collaborate with the wider facilities team to support day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer in facilities or building services

• Ability to work independently and travel efficiently across Zones 1 and 2

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Eligibility for travel paid via company travel card
