Maintenance Engineer

Location: Doncaster
Salary: £18 – £22 per hour (DOE) - £42,000 - £51,000
Hours: 45 hours/week Double Day Shift

• Week A: 6am – 3pm
• Week B: 1pm – 10pm

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

We’re hiring a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturer known for its precision-engineered equipment and strong development culture.

Maintenance Engineer responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical and mechanical systems
• Supporting production uptime and machinery performance
• Working with a close-knit engineering team to drive improvements
• Following health & safety and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Multi-skilled engineer with both electrical and mechanical experience
• Level 3 Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial environments
• A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to learn and progress
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively across rotating shifts
