About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our property maintenance team. You’ll play a key role in restoring vacant or damaged properties back to a clean, safe, and liveable condition. From minor repairs to full refurbishments, your skills will help transform homes and improve living standards for our tenants and clients.

Long term position £240 Per day

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of internal and external repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Undertake basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and general building work.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Identify and report additional works or safety issues as needed.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a tidy, professional working environment and good customer communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role.
• Strong skills across several trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, decorating, plastering).
• Full UK driving licence and your own tools
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Right to work in the UK
