Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 plus bonus, package and car allowance
My client is a long-established residential developer based in the North East known for their high quality traditional-build family homes. They have a reputation for innovation, training, and market-leading development programmes for their staff.

You will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for all sales activities for this developer, and will sit on the board of directors contributing to the strategy of the business.
This is a pivotal role for a privately-owned developer and there will be ample opportunity to upskill and progress within the business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience working for a residential developer, ideally a traditional housebuilder and will have plenty of drive, ambitious and energy.
There is a real onus on having somebody with clear strategic leadership. They want this person to contribute effectively to board meetings, and work closely with the other members of the board to pro-actively drive the business forward.
This role requires good communication, negotiation and the understanding of sales strategies, whilst maintaining a strong level of organisation and reporting.
