Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
Fantastic opportunity to work for an established software provider in a client/customer-focused 2nd line application support role that will also provide a great opportunity to work on implementations for customers. The application support professional will be working in an Agile/Scrum team taking ownership of software issues from the client, providing troubleshooting expertise and solving the issues, whilst maintaining communications with the client/customer.
There will also be a great opportunity to develop skills in the implementation lifecycle, as you will be involved in the delivery of software to clients/customers from an early stage.
You will be involved in the below activities as part of the implementation aspects of the role:
The application support professional will have solid technical skills in SQL, Windows Server and IIS (Ideally) and have provided software/application support to customers in a commercial environment previously.

There will be regular travel to customer sites, so candidates must have a full drivers licence.
