Multi Skilled Joiner

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team working in Hull and surrounding areas on a permanent basis. You will be working on social housing contracts so experience in social housing is beneficial.

The successful multi skilled joiner will be working on the repairs and maintenance team on their social housing contract.

The basic salary starts at £32,500 per annum with a productivity bonus of £1750 per year and call out rota - Up to £5,000 per year.

What is expected from the successful multi skilled joiner:
 

• Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company.
• Compliance with specification.
• Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
• To use appropriate safety equipment
• To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
• Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation.

What they are looking for:
 

• Previous Joinery experience and qualifications
• Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
• Understanding of local government
• Experience of Partnership arrangements
• Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
