An experienced service transition professional is required for a brand new role that is part of a reorganisation design in my client's service management function. This new leadership role reports directly to the Head of Service Operations Management and is responsible for the delivery of all IT services to internal and external customers, in particular the ownership of all service transition processes and the development of those into live environments.
You will lead the service transition team in the planning and implementation of all service transition activities, end-to-end, dealing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the transition of all services is successful and at a minimum disruption level.
