Our Client are one of the UK’s premier commercial catering and refrigeration equipment suppliers, serving a range of partners, from the hottest new restaurants to household names. Our Technical Service team is based nationwide, providing a professional fitting, planned maintenance and emergency repair service to our customers – predominantly high street catering outlets. Given the size and complexity of our Technical Service team, we have decided that we need to create a number of discreet teams, each with its own team leader. Team leaders, as well as being working engineers, will be responsible for inducting, mentoring and managing the engineers in their team. It is a demanding role, compensated accordingly, and training will be provided to ensure that our appointees are given the tools and knowledge they need to make this professional step.
Location Midlands & North (Gas) Job purpose is to set an example of professional standards to the team and manage team members to meet the same standards.
