Role: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000pa + Bonus, Pension and Private Healthcare

A great opportunity for a QA Manager to be part of my client's major transformation programme as they continue their journey into becoming a data and services centre of excellence for their industry. The QA Manager will be user experience focused and lead the testing/QA function that works in an automated environment.
The QA Manager will understand the customer, and user experience, in order to design the UAT test strategy and work with other disciplines in order to play a pivotal role in the DevOps process.
Key Skills and Knowledge required for the QA Manager include:
⦁ Experience in a QA Lead or QA Management role in an automated test function
⦁ Experience of UX best practices and User Interface testing
⦁ Experience of leading, managing and developing a team, maintaining a collaborative and constructive working environment within a department and across the organisation
⦁ Experience in design, execution and testing of customer journey/experience
⦁ Ability to perform test management at a profession level
⦁ Knowledge of all aspects of the testing life cycle, methodologies and practices
⦁ Multi-tasking across multiple projects
⦁ Good communication skills, both verbal and written appropriate for the stakeholders involved
