With over 25 years’ experience of specialist health and social care recruitment experience, we pride ourselves on the professionalism and knowledge within this sector.

The role of permanent recruitment consultant will include having responsibility for sourcing candidates for our outstanding roles on behalf of our clients. Other duties include:-
Developing and fostering long term strategic candidate relationships through both telephone contact and face to face meetings
Calling clients and candidates to find out about the new role they are currently looking for
Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising via job boards and social media, internet and business contacts
Making recommendations to candidates most suited to outstanding roles and to suit their requirements
Providing excellent customer service for both existing and new candidates as well as clients
Recruit, Interview and evaluate healthcare professionals for your client base
Create, manage and grow a professional network of highly qualified candidates
You will provide excellent customer service for both new and existing clients as well as making recommendations to clients about candidates most suited to their vacancies.
You will have strong written and verbal communication, be able to multi task, be confident and tenacious in approach, driven by high performance and over-achievement and a desire to work in a vibrant environment where your development is valued.
Previous experience within the healthcare permanent recruitment division is desired but not essential. The role will attract a base salary (dependent upon experience) plus a competitive bonus scheme with unlimited earning potential.
