Web Content Manager

My client based in the heart of Oxford is looking to recruit a Web Content Manager to work as part of the Public Sector Web Development team.

This is due to go on until the end of January 2020.

With up to 2 days working from home.

Duties include:

• Help co-ordinate the design, development and maintenance of the digital-based content management resources including the website and the intranet
• Drive improvement in customer satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of rich, timely and relevant content to all users
• Work with service teams to review and improve existing web content, using a data-led approach to inform changes
• Improve and sign off web content proposals from content authors via the Content Management System workflow system, ensuring that the department style guide is adhered to
• Train staff in the use of the Content Management System (Jadu CMS) and in writing for the web
• Liaise with the Content Management System supplier (Jadu) in the deployment of system updates
• Administer user accounts on the Content Management System (Jadu CMS)
• Use data analytics tools to help service teams understand the performance of their content and how to improve it
