Priding themselves on delivering great customer service to everyone, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager / Technical Customer Service Advisor to join the team.THE ROLE OF AN ACCOUNT MANAGER:
As an Account Manager you will be extremely customer service focused. This isn’t a telesales role and is more about helping customers with their range of enquiries giving you a platform to ideally up and cross sell.
Dealing with both garages, workshops, motor factors and distributors, you will face a large range of enquiries which will always keep you on your toes and allow you to give out sound advice regarding products.
Alongside this you will also be dealing with general office admin such as updating customer records, processing orders that are generated and chasing backorders
This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual that wants to step away from the rat race of a dealership or motor factor and carve out their own path within a manufacturer environment.
Coming from a direct parts advising background or similar within a motor factor or dealership environment would be fantastic as the enquiries you face will have a certain technical nature and an understanding of parts/cars would certainly be advantageous.THE CONSULTANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS VACANCY IS: DAVID JOBIN
