Profectus are working exclusively with a client who has a brand new opportunity for a a Business Development Manager. The position offers the opportunity to work independently from home while going to the Reading HQ for once a week catch ups. The role will be selling our client's job board distribution and analytics tool which has already had huge interest even without a dedicated Sales function. The company ethos is about helping their clients to attract more talent and get more from their advertising which is proving very popular with a current 100% renewal rate.
We’re looking for the right candidate to undertake Business Development Manager responsibilities and to get out and about to tell prospective clients all about their offerings. There are a plethora of Recruitment businesses within the UK with many more opening each year so the potential market is huge.
The company are based in Reading, but you can be based anywhere really as you can work remotely. They judge on results not call volumes or meetings so there is plenty of autonomy in this role.
Ideally you will ideally come from a Recruitment, Job-board or Software Sales role so you have at least a little bit of knowledge of the market. Ultimately though you need to be self motivated, have the ability to work independently and have a real passion for Sales.
