My client based in Oxford city centre are looking for a new member to join their team!
Role Responsibilities and Main Duties
To contribute to the delivery of an efficient and effective administrative support service as part of the Corporate Support Team to ensure excellent delivery of customer service.
To undertake a range of administrative functions which include: logging, scanning and indexing; downloading from portals and distribution of post for Revenues and Benefits and Planning and Regulatory Services.
To import electronic claims on Academy system, request the risk score of claims and where necessary make requests for the minimum amount of evidence required to access claims.
Role responsibilities and main duties
To provide generic administrative duties across the Post room, Printing and Scanning team to ensure excellent delivery of customer service.
To be point of contact for external printing contracts. To index electronic claims for Benefits.
To provide interdepartmental financial charges for post, printing and scanning.
To provide electronic communications i.e.: scanning, indexing, and importing documents and data as required including the verification of original identity documents.
Download Planning Portal applications on a daily basis and print any necessary documents ready for validation of application.
Undertake scanning of new planning applications and building control files.
Scan and upload comments on a daily basis in line with data protection.
To be key point of contact for maintenance of equipment within the team.
To download and import electronic information provided by the Department of Work and Pensions with reference to established procedures.
To deal with notification letters produced by remote workers, ensuring requested enclosures are sent.
To carry out customer requests for copies of personal data held by the Benefits team.
Daily printing of letters and invoices for all departments.
Undertake courier runs where necessary delivering post to other offices.
