Our client who is based in a village outside of Carterton is looking for an individual to come and support them on a Part Time or Full Time basis for the next 2 - 3 months with the potential for longer for the right person. This role is working for an independent Event Planner and organisation in a private setting.
The individual will be do the following duties:
- Sending out client/customers invites and managing the process
- Creating mailshots that will be sent out regularly
- Updating customer lists
- General office admin duties
- Entering customer invoices
The individual must posses the following skills/attributes:
- Trustworthy (Due to working in a home environment)
- Ability to work on their own at times
- Good telephone manner
- Good IT skills
This role is flexible and we are open to hearing from both part time and full time applicants
Due to location the individual will need their own transport!
