The ideal candidate must have previous experience of taking on a similar challenge with a proven track record of success. You must be confident in your ability to make a real change within the business and spend the marketing budget effectively.
You don’t necessarily need experience working for a housebuilder, but an interest or previous experience working in property or with a developer may be advantageous.
