A well-established Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for an experienced Dynamics NAV Support specialist to provide 1st – 2nd line support to their key clients. Your role will be to manage clients Dynamics NAV/BC Systems while providing reports and data analysis. You will be required to speak to clients over the phone, so excellent communication skills and customer service is essential.
