It would be very useful if you know about Print and it would be even better if your background is within the Large Format vertical of print. This is what these guys do. Produce Large Format, Vehicle Livery and POS for globally recognised Brands, Sports teams and Events.
You’ll be experienced in leading a team of Client / Customer Service professionals. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge and knowhow of integrating other departments into one function too as in the future there is every chance that Studio and Estimating will sit within your remit too. First and foremost, it is about the immediate team. Get to know them, understand what works well, what doesn’t and implement strategy to develop and improve the service offering.
