My client, a direct mailing company, are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Client Service team. The ideal person will be an excellent multi-tasker who is naturally organised and a solid communicator. Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment is essential, as is being computer literate and the ability to plan and manage your own workload.
This is not a sales role, the position is wholly account management and you will not be expected to generate new business. You will be managing up to 120 clients at a time, ensuring the customer service they receive is second to none. The role will involve producing quotes for customers and ensuring jobs efficiently flow through the business to each department up to invoice stage, ensuring the clients workflow process is managed thoroughly and that any client liaison is conducted in a professional and timely manner.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a print, packaging or direct mail background (but this is not essential.) They will however need to have experience in a similar position within B2B Account Management, have relevant GCSE's in key subjects (Maths/English) and be able to use Windows computer packages. Being a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills is hugely desirable.
The salary for this role is negotiable based on experience up to £25,000. The role is full time and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a 1hr lunch break. “
