We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to a busy financial services company that delivers motor finance to customers across the UK.
Working from the head office location, you will support with all levels of administration including compliance and ensuring all customer documentation is fully in place to support underwriters to make accurate decisions.
You will package and submit all legal and customer documentation for processing with lenders and you will assist dealers and customers in document error resolution and provide professional customer service at all times to both internal and external customers.
The office is open 7 days per week (9am-6pm or 10am-7pm Mondays-Fridays and 9am-5.30pm weekends), although this will involve weekend work, you will work 37 hours per week over shift patterns that are designed to give you a better work-life balance (an additional 12 days off per year!), whilst ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and fraud checks.
