Client Engagement Co-ordinator
Up to around £21k (depending on experience)
The role purpose is to co-ordinate and manage all new business opportunities through enquiry handling, client engagement and events co-ordination.
You will manage inbound customer enquiries, use diagnostic tools to fully understand and broker clients needs. Carry out telephone diagnostics to understand what the client’s needs and give sales support. Refer clients to colleagues, support external sales teams and ensure client records are kept up to date. You will have sales and account management skills along with excellent communication and networking skills. The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle priorities.
Ideally educated to degree level with business experience in sales or account management and have a successful track record in these areas.
