Key Worker – Welfare to Work
Up to £23,000 (dep on exp)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced key worker who will provide 121 and group support to a cohort of adult customers who are currently seeking work opportunities.
On a daily basis you will engage with a fluctuating case load of clients who have a mixture of barriers to employment. You will provide and identify support which will enable progression in to sustained employment/education using proven education, employability training (including accredited and non-accredited), work placements and intensive job search sessions.
You will have experience working for a welfare to work provider and be target drive and self-motivated to help your customers find work. Primarily delivering one-to-one activities and group sessions, you will complete SMART action plans to ensure your clients have the direction to progresses throughout the programme.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
