Call Centre Hub Manager

Aspire Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Hub Manager for a client of ours based in Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of managing a sales team in a contact centre setting. You will have knowledge of CRM and telephony systems. You will be passionate about the delivery of service, be a strong leader and influencer with excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally. You will have experience of proactive recruitment activity to ensure required staff levels are always maintained. This role requires a candidate to undertake a flexible approach to working hours covering evenings and weekends.
