THE SALARY PACKAGE: c£30,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits
THE LOCATION: Milton Keynes (and surrounding areas)
THE COMPANY: One of the principle suppliers to the commercial vehicle aftermarket are expanding their external team. As such, an exciting new role for a commercial vehicle parts business development manager has arisen. With such a long-established name and an overarching product range it will be rare to find a customer who doesn’t know of them!
THE ROLE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
As a business development manager, the main focus of your role will be geared towards account management. You will work closely with the current customer base, delivering a one stop shop service that will provide you with the tools to ensure that you will always have something to discuss.
With a wide-ranging customer base of commercial vehicle end-users, you will find yourself dealing with Decision makers across the board whether they be Owner / Operators, Directors, Buyers or Workshop Managers within fleets and garages in the Commercial Vehicle, Bus, Trailer, and HGV markets.
Working closely alongside the branch and its parts team, you will aid in driving the business and growth forward, while working as part of a larger team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that wants to invest in you!
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
A background in or knowledge of commercial vehicle parts is required as is the ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships.
Field based experience is ideal but if you are a strong parts advisor with good knowledge of commercial vehicles, you will also be considered! This role is as much about your personality as it is your experience.
