Job Description:

 

Multi streamed global events company based in Central London, looking to hire an experience conference co-ordinator with 2 years relevant B2B conference logistics experience.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, responsibilities will include liaising with speakers to ensure that presentation documents & speaker biographies are sent through in time. Co-ordinating with venues to arrange food & beverage orders, break timings etc.

Organising speaker presentation requirements for audio visual requirements

Arrange, collate and send all materials to printer for documentation pack to be printed prior to conference, calculate attendance figures through liaison with producer, customer services & telesales and submit forecast costs for event

Responsibility for the smooth running of the conference at the venue on the day through to closure.

Requirements:

Min 2 years relevant experience, super multi-tasking and time management and attention to detail is essential, together with a good sense of humour.
