IT Field Support Analyst

Annual salary of up to £24,000 + Company Car

Location: Covering North of England - ideally based on the M62 corridor

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Analyst to join our IT department. You will be a first point of contact for internal and external customers for all IT Field related incidents, problems and requests, acting as a liaison between customers and other IT teams whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service.


You'll definitely have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a 1st Line Support/Help Desk role
  • ITIL v3 Foundation
  • Full driving license
  • Experience using Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows desktop technologies
  • Experienced in using Remote Access tools such as WebEx
  • Networking and troubleshooting experience


You might even have:

  • Microsoft Certified Professional qualification (MCP)
  • Experience in a field based role
