Driver Hire Southampton are recruiting for a  Class 2 HGV 2 tipper driver to work for one of our clients in Eastleigh on an ongoing regular basis.

The professional Class 2/HGV 2 tipper driver will be paid a minimum of £10.00 per hour with over time of £12.00 per hour after 8 hours when paid through PAYE, with guaranteed 8 hours pay per working day. Other payment options available.

The role will entail:

• Operating a Class 2 tipper (HGV 2) vehicle to perform tips to building sites and quarries all over the Hampshire area.
• Monday – Friday work with optional Saturdays
• 8-10 hour days.
• Start times between 05:30 and 07:00.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Valid class 2/HGV 2 (C) licence.
• Valid cpc qualification card.
• Valid digital tachograph card.
• Personal transport.

Due to insurance purposes the applicant must have at least 1 year tipping experience and have no more than 6 points on their licence. Opportunities to progress – Opportunities for permanent full time work.
