My client, a leading logistics company require an experienced IT Support Analyst with a strong customer service ethic and excellent interpersonal skills to join a growing Support team commited to investing heavily in IT products and services with a clear 3-5 year roadmap.

The successful IT Support Analyst will have some technical support experience across Windows desktop and infrastructure however, this role could be a perfect opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills looking to move into a technical role to fulfil that ambition.

The role of the IT Support Analyst will comprise of the following responsibilities:

  • Office 365 and Skype migrations and integrations
