We are so delighted to be working with a lovely charity based in Wimbledon to find them their new Head of Fundraising and Communications, this organisation offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, friendly and creative environment.

The role will line manage a team of two experienced and capable individuals, you will be a collaborative and supportive leader, encouraging and developing the team to deliver their targets.

Alongside the line management responsibilities, the postholder will oversee a variety of income sources and the communications programme, building relationships with the board and working across the organisation. The bulk of income comes from individual givers however there is a real mix across community, sponsorship and events too.

You will need:

• Experience of working across a couple of income streams and some communications experience
• Line management experience and you will need to be a collaborative person
• Ability to manage budgets and forecast
• An engaging and personable approach to working in an office
