We are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator, for our client, based in Marple.

 

Details:

 

  • £18,000 salary with an annual review.
  • 30AM – 5PM Monday – Friday (1-hour lunch)
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (after 1 year, increasing 1 day per yr up to max 23)

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:  
  • Monitoring orders via email and taking them over the phone.
  • Processing orders by specific daily deadlines (with strong attention to detail required!)
  • Responding to customer enquiries both over the phone and via email.
  • Sending out samples to customers and tracking the deliveries.
  • Solving problems with deliveries and returns.

 

Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Administrator position:

 

  • Ideally experienced in Customer Service within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • The ability to learn and a strong desire to go above and beyond for your customers.
  • IT literate
