Must Have:
- Complaint resolution experience
- Call Centre experience
Our client is looking for Confident, Motivated individuals for a small Customer Service Team located in Derby.
You must posses the following qualities:
- Have a polite, professional telephone manner
- Must be able to deal with complaints and escalate if necessary
- Call centre environment
