THE HOURS: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm – Monday to Friday

THE ROLE OF A PRODUCTION OPERATIVE:

As a production operative you will be getting involved in a wide number of responsibilities and trained in a number of different areas to help suit business demands.

Your main day to day role will involve the assembly, testing and quality inspection of automotive components.

Carrying out production orders and keeping to realistic targets, you will work closely as part of a wider team to ensure that the business itself succeeds.

Full training on the particular parts will be provided and you will steadily working yourself into the role over a long term period, shadowing and being mentored by long-serving team members.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A PRODUCTION OPERATIVE:

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have either Automotive knowledge (ex-mechanic / technician) or have worked in a similar production environment in an engineering capacity.

There are many things to learn in this role and so having patience and good temperament to working within a team is required.
