My client are a long standing, established engineering company based in Dartford, they specialise in manufacturing machined parts for a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Marine, Defence and more. They are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their team on a permanent basis producing jigs, fixtures and tooling.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled CNC Miller with 2+ years’ experience setting and operating milling machines with Heidenhain controls.

CNC Miller – Experience Needed

• Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Comfortable with Heidenhain control system
• Competent at reading engineering drawings to ensure all finished pieces run in line with the requirements
• Comfortable inspecting the quality of your finished work
• Must be a self-motivated team player, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently

CNC Miller – Desired Skills

• Programming experience offline using a CAM system such as AlphaCAM, EZ-Mill, EdgeCAM etc
