Climate 17 are delighted to be supporting our Client who are a leading independent multidisciplinary consultancy for the built environment, providing a full range of engineering services, exciting and innovative design solutions on a full range of projects from the UK and the Middle East. They currently need a proactive and enthusiastic BMS and Controls Engineer on a Senior or Principal level.

The job is based in the expanding London office and the successful professional would be responsible for taking the lead on the concept, design, procurement and delivery of these systems in new-build and refurbishment assignments.

Key skills and experience required include:

• Extensive experience in all stages of implementation of BMS or Smart Building Systems from the design to commissioning phases
• A proven track record of preparing the technical specifications and drawings
• A previous involvement in inspection and witness-testing of installed systems
