We are working with a talented Chef in search of a Junior Chef to add to their team for their unique property. 

As Commis chef/ Chef de Partie. You will need to have enthusiasm for food and wanting an opportunity to progress their career under a fantastic chef and their team. You will be pushed, trained, supported and guided. The right way. 

As a vital part of the team, you will be immersed in a quality operation producing locally sourced, flavoursome food, modernly presented for their ala carte and function menus. Further to normal business, there will be an opportunity to support the head and senior chefs with special dinners, off-site training and networking. 

This position would suit a committed chef with 1-2 years in the trade and want to focus on a higher standard of food.
