An excellent opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join this professional body of Lettings Agents based across Cambridgeshire, East Anglia including Norfolk and Suffolk. This Professional Lettings Agent body has an established business and is looking for a Relationship Manager who can take over responsibility for driving membership levels up across the regions.

The successful Relationship Manager will have experience in Lettings and have an honest and reliable persona. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and be able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with large workloads.

This role will require the successful Relationship Manager to work independently, attending multiple businesses daily and follow up on the visits.

• Previous experience of Lettings
• ARLA knowledge 
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
