Permanent Position: £25,000 - £35,000 plus Car Allowance and Bonus

The Role

In this position you will have the opportunity to work within an exciting and experienced Technical team. You will be working with the Architectural Manager and supporting them as they move residential schemes forward across various aspects of preconstruction.

The primary responsibility for this position is to coordinate external consultants on architectural information, it will also be your responsibility to ensure that all architectural drawings and information is communicated correctly between departments.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the production the title plan / site overlays and land contract plans. 
• Submission of all information to NHBC and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Providing technical support and guidance on site queries throughout build stages.

The Candidate

This business is open to a candidate who has worked with a housebuilder or even an individual from an architectural consultancy, however you must have extensive experience of working on residential projects coordinating consultants previously.

It is also a requirement that you have extensive AutoCAD experience as well as a strong understanding of technical drawings. Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment would be beneficial.
