Driver Hire Bradford are looking to recruit an experienced Brick Grab class 2 hiab driver to work for our customer in Bradford.

You will be working for a large distribution/building company based in Bradford. You will be delivering building supplies to customers.

We are recruiting for two experienced Class 2 Brick Grab Hiab drivers for our client who specialise in providing a fast, efficient service to our trade customers and members of the public alike. They achieve this by employing the best delivery drivers, whose customer service skills are of the same high standard as their driving knowledge, so a history of working in the builders merchant industry.

The ideal driver will be expected to work Monday to Friday with a 7.00 start and a finishing time of 5.00pm. Your role will be to assist in loading vehicles ans working in the yard when necessary. Multi drop deliveries in and around West Yorkshire. Offloading the vehicle via HIAB.

• You must hold a valid Class 2 & Hiab licence
• Brick Grab experience would be advantageous
• You must not have more than 6 points on your licence
• You must hold a valid CPC card
• You must hold a valid digital tacho card
• HIAB experience essential.
• Multidrop experience essential
• Customer facing awareness
• Excellent timekeeper and able to work unsupervised
• Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering 1st class customer service
• Good communication skills and a flexible can do attitude to work
• Must have a good geographical knowledge

Temp - Perm

This opportunity may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. As a temporary to permanent opportunity, you will initially join Driver Hire Bradford and be paid on a weekly basis. Upon successful completion of your temporary period, you would then transfer to the company as a permanent employee.
