Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to Join a beautiful and established Hotel Business on the outskirts of Bicester
This Business is going from success to success and is looking for new members of there Kitchen team to help them cope with the forthcoming expansion to the Kitchen and events business.
As Sous Chef you will be working in a traditional Brassiere restaurant, serving home cooked fresh food, you must have come from a fresh food background and share the passion for locally sourced quality food produce.
Salary for Sous Chef is £24-26k dependent on experience plus gratuity.
This is based on a 40-50 hr week maximum.
There may be the possibility for live also.
Shift times are roughly from 7am until 3pm or 3pm-11pm, you will be expected to do one or two splits a week.
The client wants to build a lasting team and is well aware that working you into the ground is not the way to this as in alot of commercial kitchens these days
There is plenty of room for progression in this role and with the expansion to the kitchen/business imminent this is an exciting time for you to join the team.
The location of this business is a couple of miles outside of Bicester, you would need own transport as I am not sure how frequent the buses are.
