What is the Job?

- Contract to start on 27-01-20 until 31-03-20 with a possible extension.

- Provide an effective service to homeless people, by acting on their housing needs and offering information, advice and support to improve health and social wellbeing.

- Maintain efficient and reliable liaison and co-operation with other individuals, agencies and community resources.

What are the requirements?

- Experience of administration including simple recordings of support delivery.

- Hold current driving licence and have access to transport.
