Job Description:

Major Advertising business stretching across 65 countries are now looking for strong administrators/project co-ordinators to manage the campaign journey for each client.

All campaigns are booked and managed by a team of 14 Campaign Managers, each one responsible for client specific campaigns. Their responsibility is not only to ensure that all internal processes are adhered to in a timely and efficient manner, but also extends to a comprehensive understanding of individual client requirements; Industry standards, delivering the parameters of specific design allocations and delivery targets for each campaign.

The role is a demanding and administration heavy. Each campaign manager is responsible for the effective administration, delivery, and reporting of their campaign as well as stakeholder management both internally and externally. This is an ideal role for those with great attention to detail who thrive under pressure.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration of client bookings, data entry and validation
  • Handle creative design allocation, production and posting instructions
  • Work with finance to make sure new clients are on the booking systems
  • Using the CRM system to ensure that sales data is accurate
  • Proactive recommendation of alternatives when client requirements can’t be met
  • Liaise with printers, operations, production, posting managers, sales, trading, specialists and all other stakeholders in the campaign lifecycle as necessary
  • Proactively delivery reporting on all campaigns

Candidate requirements:

  • Fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft packages – especially intermediate Excel (i.e. data manipulation)
  • Proven office experience -18 months
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal; ability to communicate at all levels
  • Self-starter; ability to prioritise; achieve deadlines; minimum of supervision
  • Confident approach to decision making; utilising initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy skills
