Position: Lettings Negotiator in Residential Lettings

Package: £16-17k Plus Commission - £25k+ OTE

Location: Stoke on Trent

The Role: An opportunity for an existing lettings negotiator or someone looking to make the step up from their current lettings position to join a top performing high-end estate agent based in Stoke on Trent. As a letting’s negotiator working with a top lettings brand you will be responsible for property viewings, letting properties, registering applicants, carrying out administrative duties and providing clients with a high quality service.

Requirements:

• Previous Estate Agency / Lettings experience or sales experience with a targeted role.
• Presentable.
• Full UK driving license and use of own car.
• To be able to work as part of a team.
