Pearson Carter are working with a leading Partner based in London who specialise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Our client is embarking upon exciting projects over the next few months and need a Dynamics CRM DevOps Support to join the team.

This is a great opportunity for a Dynamics CRM professional to join a Partner and escalate their career to the next level as you will be working on innovate projects using the latest tech!

 

What you will need

  • Previous experience in an ITIL compliant support environment
  • Previous experience of supporting (L2\L3) Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
  • Previous experience of providing 24X7 support
  • Experience of incident triage - debugging and troubleshooting business critical applications
  • Desire to work in a DevOps team
