Job Description:

Our Client, an equipment hire company specialising in Hydraulic Torque, Tension and Controlled Bolting Equipment have permanent vacancies for a Sales Administrator and a Repairs/Wiorkshop Administrator.

The successful candidates will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • First point of contact for customer telephone calls
  • Passing all leads to the Inside Sales team
  • Advise relevant Inside Sales Team of any cross selling opportunities
  • Input data onto systems e.g. inspHire
  • Administration of the free of charge and damage hire processes
  • Follow up of quotations
  • Assist with stock takes
  • Checking all parts and sale items have been allocated correctly from Aberdeen stock.
  • Follow up on quotations.
  • Checking correct allocation of invoices to Sales Engineers
  • Following up with customers for missing purchase order numbers
  • Attend additional training sessions as and when required
  • Attend ad-hoc briefing meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Any other ad-hoc administration duties that are required
  • Maintaining a work area that is tidy and free from hazards

Experience within a similar role is essential.
