Job Description:
Our Client, an equipment hire company specialising in Hydraulic Torque, Tension and Controlled Bolting Equipment have permanent vacancies for a Sales Administrator and a Repairs/Wiorkshop Administrator.
The successful candidates will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- First point of contact for customer telephone calls
- Passing all leads to the Inside Sales team
- Advise relevant Inside Sales Team of any cross selling opportunities
- Input data onto systems e.g. inspHire
- Administration of the free of charge and damage hire processes
- Follow up of quotations
- Assist with stock takes
- Checking all parts and sale items have been allocated correctly from Aberdeen stock.
- Follow up on quotations.
- Checking correct allocation of invoices to Sales Engineers
- Following up with customers for missing purchase order numbers
- Attend additional training sessions as and when required
- Attend ad-hoc briefing meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Any other ad-hoc administration duties that are required
- Maintaining a work area that is tidy and free from hazards
Experience within a similar role is essential.
