Our client is an industry leading renewable energy advisory firm and they're looking for a Head of Offshore Wind Due Diligence to lead their Team.
 
Their Due Diligence team supports financial institutions intending to invest in or acquire renewable energy projects.
 
They are actively seeking a senior individual with significant track record and industry network to further strengthen their position within the Offshore Wind industry. 
 
The primarily focus will be on Offshore Wind Due Diligence services and technical advice, particularly to our customers in the financial segment including institutional equity investors and lenders.
 

Responsibilities:
 
• Take a leading role within their due diligence team to provide their customerso with technical support related to financial transactions of offshore wind projects; 

• Be visible in the market and a driving force to strengthen existing and build new business relationships;

• Be a driving force to further improve service delivery by bringing in experience and listen to customers’ needs, contribute to thought leadership within the field;

• Customer contact and project management, including managing complex, technical projects from inception through to completion.
 
• You will collaborate and have extensive contact with other departments, as various projects are staffed with multi-disciplinary experts in the company.
 

Requirements:
 
• Profound experience within offshore wind due diligence services;

• Existing network in the offshore wind finance segment;

• Demonstrable skills in presentation and communication;

• Demonstrable analytical skills;

• Excellent ability to produce clear written reports and communicate verbally in English;

• Demonstrable knowledge about the development, construction and operational phases of a wind farm project.
