Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the company’s supply of products and services. Procurement Manager responsibilities include handling the purchasing of goods internally, proper and accurate receipts reconciliation, ensuring purchasing forecast is carried out.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive requisition.
- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Raise LPO.
- Attend to the internal purchase of goods.
- Forecasting purchase and discuss with suppliers.
- Handle supply and discuss it with suppliers.
- Place 0order with the supplier.
- Procurement and receipts reconciliation.
Requirement
- Certified in ERP & Microsoft Office usage.
- B.Sc./MBA in a relevant field.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent initiative quotient.
