We are working with an education and youth empowerment charity to recruit for their Head of Development, this role will line manage two people who are talented and performing well. This role will secure funding from high-value sources (including major donors, trusts and corporates), the initial focus will be on trust fundraising.

This role sits within a small team, you will work closely with the programme team and you will need to be ambitious and personable, the team is full of energy and they’ll want you to lead in that style.

You will have:

• Strong experience in high-value fundraising, ideally with a mix of trusts, corporate and major donors but they will consider someone with a strong background in one area
• Demonstrable experience of working creatively and with an entrepreneurial flair
• Drive, motivation and pro-activity alongside a collaborative approach

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
