Job Description:

Our client a leading IT Service Management Consultancy are seeking the skills of an experienced Transition Manager with full end to end service management skills.

ITILv3 and client facing skills essential.

Salary range £60-70k per annum

The role:

  • Delivery of all Customer objectives as agreed between the Customer Sponsor to the required deadlines and quality level. Adherence to Customer Code of Conduct at all times
  • Adding additional value to the Customer without compromising revenue generating opportunities
  • Identifying further revenue opportunities to engage with the Customer (either for oneself in the form of extensions to contracts or for other consultants / services to be offered). They provide a reward scheme for new opportunities
  • Identifying risks and issues and making the Principal Consultant and/or Head of Consultancy aware of these in order that support can be given and the expectations of the Customer can be managed • Maintaining regular contact with the Account Manager as agreed in order to share information and to discuss any issues arising within the assignment
  • Producing regular checkpoint reports and assignment reports as requested and defined in the Quality Management System Duties in addition to Customer Engagements
  • Delivery of specific tasks and assignment as agreed with the Service Management Practice to the required deadlines and quality. This includes the provision of marketing, articles and research papers as instructed
  • Identifying additional value through suggesting research and/or learning opportunities to the Head of Consultancy
  • Identifying further opportunities to engage with potential Customers and assisting the Sales Team to define and land these opportunities.
  • Attending, contributing to and/or delivering Service Management knowledge share meetings
